1. The Recognition for Best Short or Mid-Length Film is presented to the short film Safe Flight by Aldo Tardozzi.

Funny and serious at the same time, original and innovative, the film Safe Flight is a surprise in the category Short Pula. The film deals with personal, family, and societal relationships, shown through a fight within a family, which makes it stand out from the other films in the category.

2. The Recognition for Best Croatian Drama Series or Documentary Series is presented to the documentary series The Republic, directed by Božidar Domagoj Burić.

It was difficult to judge drama series and documentary series within the same category. The Republic, a fiction-documentary series by the Croatian Radiotelevision, talks about the Republic of Dubrovnik, and is a pleasant surprise in its considerable production level. All of the elements, from production design, costume design, computer effects and music, to courageous directing“, result in a visually impressive and convincing educational content.

3. The Recognition for Best Croatian Feature Documentary Film is presented to the film The Boss, directed by Dario Juričan.

Considering the limited selection in the category of feature documentary film and the fact that the films were very similar in structure, selecting a winner was not an easy task. The Boss was selected because it is very topical, offers a clearly articulated critique of society, good pacing, and a well-rounded story.
