This year, the Festival boasts the most abundant edition of the Short Pula programme yet, with three new competition categories: drama series, documentary series and previews, as well as three non-competition categories: short and mid-length documentary films, animated films and experimental films. The Short Pula programme has been expanded to include Croatian films of all types, which means that Pula Film Festival represents the best of Croatian audio-visual production as a whole.

The competition part of the Short Pula programme will include screenings of Croatian short and mid-length feature films, drama series, documentary series and feature documentary films, and the category of commission films will include screenings of previews for feature films.

The non-competition part of the programme will include screenings of short and mid-length documentary films, animated films and experimental films. This year’s winners of the Oktavijani Award will also be screened, in cooperation with Croatian Film Days.
