Atif Kurtović, a young man, goes down the mine pit for the first time in his life, to continue the work his retired father used to do. However, his destiny changes completely when he is chosen as the face of the most valuable state banknote – the thousand-dinar bill, the so-called ‘grand’.

Nenad Đurić (1970) graduated in comparative literature from the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo. Since 1994, he has been working for Bosnia and Herzegovina Television as director and producer. He has directed documentary films Collapse – Guide for Urban Sleepers, Pro Populo, Once Upon a Time in The West of Bosnia and his debut feature Skies Above the Landscape.
