In the category Croatian Minority Co-production, the Croatian Jury can present: Golden Arena for Best Film, Golden Arena for Best Director, and Golden Arena for Best Acting Performance.
In the category International Programme, the International Jury presents the following awards: Golden Arena for Best Feature Film, and Golden Arena for Best Short Film.
OTHER AWARDS
Golden Gate of Pula – Arena Audience Award. This award is sponsored by the City of Pula.
Octavian – Croatian Society of Film Critics presents this award for Best Film in the category Croatian Film.
Diploma – HDFK presents this award for Best Film in the category Croatian Minority Co-production.
Recognition – Presented by foreign critics accredited at the Festival or juries of international film critics’ organisations.
Marijan Rotar Award – Presented by the Governing Board of the Public Institution Pula Film Festival.
AT THE 64TH PULA:
TELEKING grants the producer of the film, winner of the Grand Golden Arena, a post-production services package: image mastering amounting to 10,000€.
ADDIKO BANK grants the director of the film, winner of the Golden Arena for Best Festival Film, HRK 30,000.00.
JULIUS MEINL COFFEE - grants the best debutant, winner of the Breza prize, HRK 7,000.00.
OTHER JURIES:
The Short Pula Jury presents the following recognitions: Best Croatian Short Film, Best Croatian Mid-Length Film, Best Croatian Drama Series, Best Actress in Drama Series, Best Actor in Drama Series, Best Croatian Documentary Series, Best Croatian Feature Documentary Film, and Best Trailer for Croatian Feature Film (Best Commission Film).
The FEDEORA Jury presents recognitions for: Best Croatian Feature Film, Best Minority Co-Production, Best Croatian Short or Mid-Length Film, Best Croatian TV Series or Documentary Series, and Best Croatian Feature Documentary Film.
The Young Cinephiles Jury presents awards for: Best Croatian Croatian Feature Film, Best Minority Co-Production, Best Croatian Short or Mid-Length Film, Best Croatian TV Series or Documentary Series, Best Croatian Feature Documentary Film, Best Film from the Cinema by the Sea Programme, Best Film from the Student Programme, Best Feature Film from the International Programme, and Best Short Film from the International Programme.
AWARDS PRESENTED AT THE FESTIVAL
Fabijan Šovagović Award – for exceptional acting contribution to Croatian cinematography, presented by the Croatian Film Directors’ Guild.
Vedran Šamanović Award – for an artist who has expanded the boundaries of film expression in Croatian film with their innovative approach, in any kind of film, feature or short film, during the current year; this award is presented by the Croatian Society of Film Workers, Croatian Society of Film Critics, Croatian Film Directors’ Guild, Croatian Cinematographers Society, and Croatian Film Association.
Nikola Tanhofer Award – for the most significant contributions to cinematography in categories: Feature Film, Short Films, and TV Series in the previous year; this award is presented by the Croatian Cinematographers Society.
