TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale define the procedure of ordering, paying, delivery and complaints procedure for goods offered on our webpage. The Supplier (Vendor) of goods offered on these webpages is the Public Institution Pula Film Festival, PIN 12904220272, Uspon na Kaštel 2, 52100 Pula, and the Buyer is the visitor to the online store who selects at least one ticket. By buying the tickets, the Buyer accepts these Term and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using this service.
Online ticket sale refers to regular tickets at the price of 25,00 HRK per selected evening, and sets of tickets at the price of 150,00 HRK for all evenings of the Festival (programme in the Arena). All prices are in Croatian kuna (HRK) and include VAT.
PROCEDURE
Purchase of tickets is done by selecting the desired film and screening time or by selecting the date from the calendar directly from the menu PROGRAMME or directly via ONLINE TICKETS.

- check that the information is correct before you confirm your purchase, and proceed to payment.
Purchase of tickets in the system is limited to 30 minutes. You can check the remaining time in the upper right-hand corner. If you did not receive your confirmation for printing or you did not receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase of tickets, the transaction has not been completed and you have not purchased the tickets!
REGISTRATION
The Buyer has to be registered in order to purchase tickets. At the time of registration, the Buyer has to enter their e-mail address and password.
PAYMENT
Online payment can be done with debit and credit cards (American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa, Diners, Maestro). Once you confirm and purchase the ticket, it cannot be revoked and cancelled.
TERMS OF TICKET DELIVERY
In the final stage of online ticket sale, your interface will show the confirmation of (ticket) purchase with all necessary information (QR code, date of screening, price, ticket number). To enter the screening, you need to show the printed ticket or QR code on your smartphone. The ticket will be sent to the e-mail address you entered during registration, and can always be found in your account at 'Your account'.
UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Pursuant to Article 79, Paragraph 1, Item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer does not have the right to unilateral termination of the distant contract (refund of money) as the scope of the contract is provision of services related to free time, which occur at an exact time or an exact period of time.
CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF PROGRAMME
Pula Film Festival reserves the right to change the programme. Pula Film Festival is not obliged to refund the sale of ticket, and is not liable for any damages that may occur in case of interruption or cancellation of the programme due to adverse weather or extraordinary circumstances.
TICKET EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINTS
Before you confirm your purchase, check the information about the selected film, date and time of screening, as subsequent complaints will not be accepted. It is not possible to exchange tickets or get a refund of money.
PERSONAL DATA
Protection of privacy describes in which way Pula Film Festival will use your personal data that you provide through the use of online ticket sale. Personal data includes: name and surname, e-mail address, home address and telephone number, that is, data which is otherwise not publicly available, but which Pula Film Festival has obtained from your use of online ticket sale. Pula Film Festival is obliged to use your personal data only for identification purposes while using online ticket sale, in order to enable you to use all of the options of online ticket sale. Pula Film Festival will keep your personal data confidential, and will not distribute, publish, provide to third parties for their use, or make available your personal data in any way to third parties without your previous approval.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
By visiting the webpage of online ticket sale, you are communicating electronically. You accept that all agreements, notifications, announcements and other communication that has been electronically submitted to you meet the legal framework equal to those in writing.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE TICKET SALE
Pula Film Festival reserves the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions. All changes will be published on the webpage of our online ticket sale.

You can submit your written complaint personally at the offices of Pula Film Festival or by sending it to:
